How to Introduce Ben
Pick the version that best fits your need for your event. Each can be read aloud or dropped into your event materials.
A/V and Event Setup
Ben presents from his own MacBook Pro and brings his own HDMI cables and adapters. The only thing he needs from the venue is an HDMI (or USB-C) connection to the screen or projector. Please make sure the HDMI connection reaches the front of the room, near where Ben will be speaking, so he can stay with his laptop throughout the session rather than having it set up at the back. Ben does not stand behind a podium, but he needs a place to access his laptop and materials during the session. A small table or a podium off to the side is ideal.
