Delegation for Lawyers
The key to building a sustainable, scalable legal team is leverage; attorneys who maximize leverage by understanding how to delegate effectively create far more value (i.e., profitability), not to mention far fewer sleepless nights, than their peers. Off-the-shelf suggestions like "focus more on teaching" sound lovely in theory, but law firm associates—especially those who are new managers—face time pressures that make delegation far more difficult in practice. This seminar provides a structured way of overcoming the most common barriers to delegation and mitigating the "handoff risks" overlooked even by senior attorneys.
