Reset and Recharge: A Diagnostic for Strengthening Teams

This program is designed to align the group on its top priorities backed by data from surveys and interviews, and then to rally the group around concrete tactics to address their needs. First, we conduct a short diagnostic phase to surface key themes around all four traits of high-performance teams: trust, ownership, conflict, and accountability. Then, after a briefing with leadership, we tailor a team-wide session focused on practical strategies for strengthening the group. Everyone attends, and everyone has skin in the game. This is the program that transforms a group of individual players into a bona fide team.

Diagnostic process: A short survey to all team members (partners, associates, and staff, if applicable) plus 5-10 confidential interviews, followed by a briefing with senior leaders on the key takeaways.

Seminar format: Based on the diagnostic, we customize a 1.5-2 hour seminar for the entire group to discuss priorities, learn the traits and tactics of high-performance teams, and align on the action plan approved by leadership.
